Together with the supply chain team, which procures the ingredients, and the sales team, which provides on-farm support, the nutrition team works to optimize outcomes. They assess both the resources provided by LNC and what the producer has available on their farm. In collaboration with the sales team, they design and implement a customized, comprehensive nutritional program.

Once the program is in place, nutritionists guide and support producers through education and the implementation of the outlined strategies. This includes on-farm consultations and ongoing follow-up to ensure success. Nutritionists continually adjust the program, taking into account market fluctuations and leveraging the best-value feedstuffs available to the producer.

Through this ongoing collaboration, the nutrition, sales, and supply chain teams work together to deliver excellent customer service and sustained support. In addition to working directly with customers, the nutrition team is instrumental in evaluating and recommending feed additives and developing feed technologies, which are integral to LNC’s product portfolio.
